Product Description
Pilorem HCT is a triple fixed-dose combination antihypertensive adding hydrochlorothiazide (HCT), a thiazide diuretic, to the established telmisartan/amlodipine platform. Designed for patients requiring robust blood pressure control, this triple combination targets three independent mechanisms simultaneously — renin-angiotensin blockade, calcium channel antagonism, and diuresis — achieving greater BP reduction with demonstrated tolerability.

One tablet daily or as directed by Physician

Indications
Essential hypertension, Heart Failure, Post-MI, Diabetic Neuropathy, proteinuria, Atrial fibrillation, Heart Failure, Metabolic syndrome, Left ventricular Hypertrophy, Isolated Systolic Hypertension, Angina Pectoris.
Direction for use
Pilorem may be taken with food or without food

Contracdiction`
Pilorem tablets are contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity (e.g. anaphylaxis or angioedema) to telmisartan, amlodipine, or any other component of this product. Do not co-administer ALISKIREN WITH PILOREM IN PATIENTS WITH DIABETES
