Each uncoated tablet contains:
Telmisartan USP………80 mg
Amlodipine Besylate USP…. 1O mg
Excipients…..q.s
Colour: Yellow Oxide of Iron
Product Description
Cream coloured, round,biconvex, uncoated tablets having breakline on one side and other side plain
Dossage
The usual starting dose of Pilorem tablets is 40/5 mg once daily.

Indications
Essential hypertension, Heart Failure, Post-MI, Diabetic Neuropathy, proteinuria, Atrial fibrillation, Heart Failure, Metabolic syndrome, Left ventricular Hypertrophy, Isolated Systolic Hypertension, Angina Pectoris.

Pilorem may be taken with food or without food

Contracdiction`
Pilorem tablets are contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity (e.g. anaphylaxis or angioedema) to telmisartan, amlodipine, or any other component of this product. Do not co-administer ALISKIREN WITH PILOREM IN PATIENTS WITH DIABETES
