Product Description
Marcnol is a combined heart-health medication that helps relax blood vessels to lower high blood pressure and reduce the workload on your heart.

Marcnol may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertenisve agents.

Indications
Treatment or prevention of a cardiovascular disorder include chronic heart failure, acute heart failure, cardiac arrhythmia, hypertension, congestive heart failure, atherosclerosis, hypercholesterolemia, circulatory shock, cardiac transplant, myocardial infarction, cerebral ischemia. Treatment or prevention of Renal Failure like chronic renal failure, acute renal failure.
Direction for use
Marcnol should be taken with a light meal once a day, preferably at the same time each day. Grapefruit juice should not be taken together with Marcnol

Contracdiction`
Amlodipine is contraindicated in patients with known senstivity to this product. Ramipril is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to this product or any other angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor

Side Effects
Angina exacerbation, MI hypotension, acute hepatitis, allergic reaction, arythema multiforme, peropheral edema, headache, fatigue, cough dizziness, nausea and vomitting.
