Olufemi simeon Atolagbe he is a graduate of Pharmacy from the University of Lagos and a Master of Business Administration degree holder from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. An alumnus of Lagos Business School, he has attended several courses at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA, and Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China.
He started his career as a Superintendent Pharmacist with D’Bim Pharmaceuticals Ltd in 1992 after which he joined Glaxo Nig PLC (later Evans Medical PLC) as a Medical Representative and was promoted to Senior Medical Representative in 1994. He was the Field Sales Manager (Pharmaceuticals) for the Northern sales area in 1997, Product Manager, for Ethical products, from 1999 – 2003, and Business Manager for Ethical products from 2003 – 2004.
In 2004, he was made Marketing Manager for the newly established subsidiary, Cipla Evans Nig. Ltd. He Held this position until 2011 when the board approved his appointment as General Manager, a position he held until 2012 when he voluntarily resigned to build his own company, Marcson Healthcare Ltd

Olufemi Abolarin is a pharmacist. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria and obtained a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from the Federal University of Technology (FUTA), Akure.
He acquired training in Total Quality Management (TQM) and Leading for Excellence from Gold Touch, Lagos and TOM Associates, Lagos respectively.
He worked for Fidson Healthcare. He was a member of the team that did the foundation job for Fidson and developed the company to its very amiable state. He rose to the position of manager. He is competent in sales and understands marketing because of his background.
Prior to his present position as General Manager, he had worked as the Head of Sales (HOS) of Marcson Healthcare Ltd. Under his leadership, he was able to establish Marcson Healthcare Ltd and its brands of pharmaceutical products in all states and FCT Abuja, giving Marcson Healthcare Ltd a National Spread in relevant institutions and business places in Nigeria. He has the duty to design, implement and enforce achievable goals and strategies, as he leads a Performing Team for Excellence.
Over time, he has achieved growth that transformed Marcson Healthcare Ltd from a team of Strategic Business Unit (SBU) to three different teams of Strategic Business Unit (SBU), with a sales growth of over 500% at the moment.
Abolarin is hard-working; he has goodwill, always ready to learn. He loves God and has a focus, “Brands to Remain Attractive”.
