Pharm. Femi Atolagbe is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive and the founder of Marcson Healthcare Ltd. He earned his pharmacy degree from the University of Lagos and holds an MBA from the FUTA, Akure. To integrate data-driven strategy into his leadership, He completed a Post Graduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics at the University of Texas at Austin. His global business perspective is further shaped by executive programs at Lagos Business School, the University of Wisconsin, and Antai College in Shanghai.

He began his career in 1992 as a Superintendent Pharmacist at D’Bim Pharmaceuticals before joining Glaxo Nigeria PLC. He rose rapidly, eventually overseeing Northern and Institutional business operations. Between 1999 and 2004, he served as Product Manager and Business Manager for ethical products. In 2004, he was appointed Marketing Manager for Cipla Evans Nig. Ltd and was promoted to General Manager in 2011. He held this executive position until 2012, when he resigned to establish Marcson Healthcare Ltd. He is an active member of the International Pharmaceutical Federation, the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria, and the Nigeria Association of Industrial Pharmacists.
