OLUFEMI SIMEON ATOLAGBE
(MD/C.E.O)
Pharm. Femi Atolagbe is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive and the founder of Marcson Healthcare Ltd. He earned his pharmacy degree from the University of Lagos and holds an MBA from FUTA, Akure. To integrate data-driven strategy into his leadership, He completed a Post Graduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics at the University of Texas at Austin. His global business perspective is further shaped by executive programs at Lagos Business School, the University of Wisconsin, and Antai College in Shanghai.
He began his career in 1992 as a Superintendent Pharmacist at D’Bim Pharmaceuticals before joining Glaxo Nigeria PLC. He rose rapidly, eventually overseeing Northern and Institutional business operations. Between 1999 and 2004, he served as Product Manager and Business Manager for ethical products. In 2004, he was appointed Marketing Manager for Cipla Evans Nig. Ltd and was promoted to General Manager in 2011. He held this executive position until 2012, when he resigned to establish Marcson Healthcare Ltd. He is an active member of the International Pharmaceutical Federation, the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria, and the Nigeria Association of Industrial Pharmacists.
PHARM OLUFEMI ABOLARIN
(General Manager)
Olufemi Peter Abolarin is a Pharmacist who obtained his Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree (B. Pharm) from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria, and later earned his MBA from the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA). He was also trained on Total Quality Management (TQM) and Leading for Excellence by Gold Touch, Lagos, and Tom Association.
With a strong foundation in both sales and marketing, he played a pivotal role as a founding team member at Fidson Healthcare PLC. He was instrumental in building the company from the ground up into the reputable organization it is today, eventually concluding his tenure as the Regional Head for the North..
He rose to the position of General Manager at Marcson Healthcare after a successful tenure as the company’s Head of Sales. He is a prominent member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria and the Nigeria Association of Industrial Pharmacists, reflecting his deep commitment to the advancement of the profession.
Through a unique blend of vision and dedication, he has been a driving force behind our company’s industry-leading reputation. Under his leadership, overtime, the organization has achieved a staggering 500% growth, scaling from a single department into three high-performing, motivated teams.
BELLO RABIU (FSPSM)

Bello Rabiu is a seasoned executive with over 19 years of multi-functional industry experience and a graduate of the prestigious Dangote Business School, Kano. A Fellow of the Society of Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing of Nigeria (SPSMN), Bello brings a high level of strategic rigor to our leadership team. His professional foundation includes seven successful years at Cipla Evans, where he developed a deep expertise in pharmaceutical sales and market strategy.
With more than a decade of dedicated service at Marcson Healthcare, Bello is a cornerstone of our organization. He serves in a vital dual capacity, directing our business operations and Human Resources. By harmonizing operational efficiency with a focus on team development, he ensures that our company’s growth is matched by the excellence and well-being of our people.
Pharm. Adeniran Adedotun Kunmi
(Business Development Manager)
Adedotun Adeniran is a high-achieving Business Development Manager and Pharmacist with over fifteen years of experience in the Nigerian pharmaceutical industry. With a career spanning product management, strategic marketing, and sales, Adedotun specializes in translating market trends into profitable business strategies
He holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from Olabisi Onabanjo University and is a certified member of the International Strategic Management Institute.
