Product Description
Marcil is a triple-action antacid formulation combining three complementary alkaline agents — magnesium trisilicate, light magnesium carbonate, and sodium bicarbonate. This combination provides rapid and sustained neutralisation of gastric acid, delivering prompt symptomatic relief from acid-related gastrointestinal discomfort.
Dossage
Adult: 10ml or 20ml three to four times daily.
Children: 5ml to be taken between meals and at bedtime or as may be prescribed by the physician.
