On January 2023, MARCSON HEALTHCARE had her 11th National Sales Conference at the Conference Hotel, University of Ibadan, Oyo State. Going back in history, the 1st national conference was held in 2013 with a sales team of twelve representatives, at the moment, the team has grown to fifty-three representatives cut across the country.
The Sales Conference is where the management rewards Peak Performers of the Sales Team. At the conference, fifteen millionaires were produced; as the brilliant star, MD/CEO Pharm. Olufemi Simeon Atolagbe rewarded high-performing team members. He extended his appreciation to staff members admonishing them that success is the ability to sacrifice.
General Manager, Pharm Olufemi Peter Abolarin, presented the awards to the performers. Over Twenty-six million naira was used to celebrate the staff at the conference and they were really inspired to perform better in the new financial year. The theme for the year 2023 is BREAKING NEW GROUNDS and to achieve this “Brands must remain Relevant”.
